Twelve weeks in

The things you care about, moving the right way.

Every night you close the day in under a minute: how you slept, how you felt, what you did, who you saw. Week by week, the lines start to bend. Your AI companion coach notices which choices show up on the days you’d want again.

Your ring measures your body. Nothing was measuring your day.

How you slept, what you ate at your desk, who you actually talked to. That's the part you can do differently tomorrow — so that's the part HealthBrew asks about, every night.

Dr. Alex Antoniou, builder of HealthBrew
HealthBrew automates the process I started on paper. It remembers every day, connects the dots across months of your life, identifies the handful of habits most predictive of your green days, and helps you repeat them. What started as a personal experiment became the tool I still use every day, and I hope it helps you build more green days of your own.

Quick answers.

What is HealthBrew?

A physician-built app that learns what your best days have in common. Each night you close your day in 60 seconds — how it went, what shaped it. Over time, your AI companion coach spots the handful of habits that keep showing up on those days and surfaces them so you can repeat them on purpose. Not a journal. A pattern-finder for your own life.

What is your AI companion coach trained on?

Your AI companion coach is one of four you can choose from in HealthBrew, and each one runs on the same system of specialized agents built on lifestyle medicine, longevity research, performance coaching, and behavior change — designed by a physician board-certified in lifestyle medicine. On top of that they remember your days: what you logged, what tended to line up with your best ones, what didn't. That memory is yours alone. Your entries are never sold and never used to train public AI models.

What does membership cost?

One simple membership, monthly or yearly. You buy it in the App Store, so you see the exact price for your country before you ever pay, and you can cancel anytime.

Do I need a wearable or lab report?

No. Wearables measure your body — heart rate, sleep stages, steps. HealthBrew helps you understand the life behind those numbers: the stress, the people, the choices that shaped the day. They complement each other. Bring in a screenshot from your ring or labs anytime for extra context, but the core loop is just you, closing your day.

Is HealthBrew on iOS?

Yes. HealthBrew: Longevity Habits is on the App Store now — download it and close your first day tonight. It also works in any browser, and your days sync between the two.

What happens to my data and my labs?

No legal name, no birthday — just an email, an avatar, and a timezone. If you bring in labs, HealthBrew turns them into a plain-language note your AI companion coach remembers, then deletes the raw values. Your entries are never sold and never used to train public AI models. Your days are yours.

Is HealthBrew medical advice?

No. HealthBrew is educational self-reflection — not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. It helps you notice patterns in your own days; it never tells you what to do about your health. For medical decisions, talk to your physician.
